Walking: Easy hiking suitable for everyone, including elderly persons and younger children.

Snowshoeing

• EASY: For those looking to try this activity, who are used to walking for at least an hour, on trails with gentle ups and downs.
• MEDIUM/EASY: Here, the elevation gain may increase, as well as the duration of the hike, lasting up to half a day.
• MEDIUM: A snowshoeing experience with greater elevation gain (around 300 meters) lasting up to a full day.

Ski Activities

• SKI TOUR: Requires the ability to confidently ski on red slopes and good physical endurance for a full day of skiing in the most beautiful areas of the Dolomites.
• FREERIDE: This activity is more dynamic and adrenaline-pumping, requiring a minimum level of skill to confidently ski on black slopes.
• SKI MOUNTAINEERING: For those who want to experience skiing both downhill and uphill. Minimum requirements include confidently skiing on red slopes and having good physical fitness to handle an elevation gain of about 300 meters.

For all snowshoeing activities, winter clothing (ski suit, gloves, hat, and sunglasses) is required. Moon Boots are not permitted; high boots are necessary.

For Ski Tours, ski clothing is required, and wearing a helmet is recommended, even for adults.

For Ski Mountaineering and Freeride activities, ski clothing, gloves, hat, sunglasses, and a backpack are required. Wearing a helmet is also recommended for adults.
